Privacy Policy
Any personal information which you provide will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When submitting an application for a PhD position, we will collect and process the personal dataprovided by you in the application form and in the reference letters, submitted by your referees.
We use your personal information for the purposes of assessing, administering and processing of your application. It will also be used for the purposes of communicating with you in relation to your application. We do not share or disclose any of your personal information without your consent, other than to evaluators of the application.
We retain all application documents for 2 years after which they will be deleted. Where we have relied upon your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You can also request us to erase your personal data, but this may mean that we cannot assess your application and it will be deemed ineligible for funding.
